Request account deletion

Request deletion of your MadnessBot account and its associated data, including saved conversations and uploaded or generated media. Completed deletion is permanent.

Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Request deletion by email

This request path is available to all MadnessBot users. You can use it without signing in or reinstalling the app.

Write a deletion request

You can also write to [email protected] from any email service with the subject “MadnessBot account and data deletion request.” Include your account email or username and your sign-in method.

If you use Google to sign in, provide the email associated with that MadnessBot account. You do not need to create a password. If you cannot access that email, explain this in your request. Never send a password, sign-in code, or payment card details.

What happens next

Opening the email draft does not send it. Send the email to submit your request. Support will verify account ownership and reply with the next steps and expected completion time.

To check the status of a submitted request, reply in the same support email thread. Support will confirm whether ownership verification, cleanup or completion is pending.

Submitting a request does not immediately delete or close your account. Support will confirm completion after the required account and data cleanup has finished, and explain any records that must be retained and their retention period.

Saved account data has no fixed automatic expiry. Necessary billing or security records, backups and provider records are handled separately and explained in our response. Read our storage and retention policy.

If you have a subscription, mention it in your request. Sending a deletion request does not cancel a subscription or request a refund; support will explain the applicable billing steps before processing deletion.

You can request deletion by email above without signing in.
